1. Who is responsible

Justice Online, an independent community-run game server project at shaiyajustice.com, runs this website and the game server and decides how your data is used. You can reach us through a ticket on Discord.

2. What we collect

• Account data: username, email address, a hashed password, and the characters and progress on your account.
• Technical data: IP address, login times and anti-cheat records, used to run the game, prevent abuse and keep accounts safe.
• Purchase records: the Paddle transaction ID, package bought, amount, points credited and time. We do not receive or store your card number.
• Website data: a session cookie to keep you logged in and a security token to protect forms. We do not use advertising cookies.

3. Why we use it

• To provide the game and your account.
• To take payments, deliver points, and handle refunds and disputes.
• To protect the game from cheating and fraud.
• To contact you about your account where needed.

4. Who we share it with

• Paddle processes payments as our reseller and merchant of record, and handles your payment and tax details under its own privacy policy.
• Cloudflare provides the bot check on registration, and Netlify delivers the website.
• We do not sell your data. Anti-cheat records are visible only to staff.
• We may disclose data where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Account data is kept while the account exists. Purchase records are kept for as long as accounting, tax and dispute rules require. Technical logs are kept for a limited period.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how it is used. Open a ticket on Discord and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting an account removes your characters and any unspent points, and we may keep purchase records we are legally required to keep.

7. Children

The service is not intended for children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country). If you are under 18, do not buy points without the permission of a parent or guardian.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
