1. Who we are

Justice Online ("we", "us") is an independent, community-run Custom Episode Shaiya private server project available at shaiyajustice.com. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the original publishers or developers of Shaiya, or to any other game that uses the name Justice Online.

By creating an account, downloading the client or buying anything, you agree to these terms and to the server rules.

2. Your account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• Account sharing, selling or trading accounts is not allowed.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or the server rules, as described in the rules.

3. Justice Points (virtual currency)

• Justice Points are a virtual in-game currency used only on the Justice Online server. They are a licence to use a feature of the game, not property, and have no cash value.
• Points cannot be exchanged for money, transferred outside the game or sold to other players.
• Points are credited to the account that was logged in when the purchase was made. Check that you are logged in to the right account before paying.
• Items and bonuses are part of the game and may be changed, rebalanced or removed as the game develops. A change to the game is not grounds for a refund.

4. Buying Justice Points

• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude tax. Any VAT or sales tax that applies in your country is added at checkout before you pay.
• Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles card and PayPal payments, taxes and invoices, and you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms. We never see or store your card details.
• Points are added to your account automatically, normally within a minute of payment. If they do not arrive, open a ticket on Discord with your Paddle receipt and we will fix it.

5. Refunds and chargebacks

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the points from that purchase are removed from your account. If you have already spent them, we may suspend the account until the balance is settled or restrict further purchases.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We usually resolve problems faster.

6. Service availability

Justice Online is a community project in active development. We provide the server "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted service, that progress will never be reset, or that the server will operate forever. Points bought are for use while the server is running.

If we permanently shut the server down within 30 days of a purchase, we will refund that purchase on request.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of in-game items, progress or points caused by bugs, downtime, rollbacks or enforcement of the rules. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes. For questions, contact us through a ticket on Discord.
